A3: TianyuLux has lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries of different specifications, and customers are welcome to customize.
Q4: Is there a product warranty?
Q4: We provide a one-year warranty, covering failures not caused by improper use (such as overloading or misplacing items). Wearing parts such as wheels and fuses are not covered by warranty.
Q5: How about the delivery time?
A5: Usually TianyuLux production time is 20-30 working days after receiving advance payment. For standard products, we always have stock and can deliver immediately. But customized products will take more time, depending on your requirements and instructions.
Q6: What payment items can we accept?
A6: Usually a 30% deposit is required in advance, and a 70% balance is required before shipment. 100% irrevocable L/C at sight and the terms we agree are also acceptable
